Your Body, Your Way is a 4-week workshop series exploring the initial and ongoing creation of your body, from its single-cell origin to your present age.

Is it time for an upgrade? This series is an opportunity to release old energy out of your body and bring in your own vibration of vitality at a cellular level.

Location: online on Zoom (arrive at 7:00pm)

Contribution: $50 for each workshop, or $150 for all four as a pre-registration gift of spirit ($150 gift of spirit ends January 31st)
